Mitoboru.club was born during a challenging chapter in my life, when I was grappling with depression. What helped me through those long, difficult nights were the uplifting quotes and cheerful images I came across on Instagram. They became a source of light in dark times, and it sparked a desire within me to create something that could offer the same comfort to others.
At the heart of Mitoboru.club is Mitoboru the hamster, my late Syrian hamster who many thought looked like a little bear. Mitoboru was a lively, adventurous soul, always finding creative ways to escape his cage. His determined spirit inspired me to imagine him as an explorer with a dream to see the world. But the world is so vast, and I realized I couldn’t show it to him on my own.
