A: We are based in Sunny Singapore!
♡ Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do! International shipping fee is tabulated upon check out. We currently do not ship to the US.
♡ How long is processing time?
A: It takes about 3-5 working days for us to ship out your orders.
For PREORDERS, it takes approximately 4-6 weeks for us to ship out your orders.
♡ How long does shipping takes?
A: Local mail: 3 - 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
International mail: Varies, unfortunately, I am not able to provide a time frame.
** Kindly note that we DO NOT offer a refund for lost mails via untracked shipping.
♡ I do not have a credit/debit card, do you accept paynow/paylah?
A: Yes we do! Kindly drop us a dm on instagram @mitoboru.club with your orders and we will provide you the payment details. However, do take note that this process will be slower as it take some time for us to get to your dms.
